Returns

 we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Color differences due to screen display

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

  • Printing error

We will gladly offer a free replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photo showing the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if the issue is verified.


Replacement Policy

Once the issue is confirmed:

  • A replacement product will be printed and shipped at no extra cost.

  • Replacement processing may take 3–5 business days.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The replacement product is unavailable

  • The order cannot be fulfilled

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After production has started, the order cannot be cancelled as the product is already being printed.
